Cancellation Policy
***Cancellations: There is a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours to appointment, you will be charged a fee of 100% of the services scheduled. Clients who no show with no notice (simply do not show up for appointments without canceling or contacting me) will be charged a fee of 100% of the services scheduled and risk not being allowed to book further appointments.
***Please Note: I do not extend service times or issue refunds for late arrivals. If you are more than 5 minutes late, there is no guarantee that you will be seen. If I am unable to fit you into the schedule, you will be considered a missed appointment and charged a fee of 100% of services scheduled.
